The school built entirely around you.

A personalised, tour-style coaching experience at Camiral, host of the 2031 Ryder Cup. Eight women, multiple PGA professionals and performance coach Karl Morris. Three coaching days and a ninety day plan that keeps you going long after you fly home.

The aim is simple. Three to five shots off your handicap.

For women playing off roughly 12 to 26 who know there is room to grow.

What this actually is

Most golf tuition gives everyone the same tips and hopes something sticks. This is the opposite, a personalised, intense coaching school with a follow-on plan for when you get home.

You may have regular lessons and strike the ball well on the range but find this doesn't translate when under pressure on the course. To combat this, before the school, we'll build a detailed picture of your game with data and help you discover the techniques and strategies needed to maximise performance where it counts on the course. Then we keep you honest with a 90-day follow-on programme.

Our goal with these unique schools is to bring the tour experience to you, encompassing not only technical changes but largely how you could be thinking your way around the course in fewer shots.

We'll bring to you techniques and tools never done before to help unlock the mind and optimise your performance.

The tour player treatment

Tour players don't spend their time fixing their swing. They fix their mind.

Tour players don't spend their time only fixing their swing. They work on their mindset.

Our goal with these unique schools is to bring the tour experience to you, encompassing not only technical changes but largely how you could be thinking your way around the course in fewer shots.

We'll bring to you techniques and tools never done before to help unlock the mind and optimise your performance.

One to one coaching, reviewing your game with your coach
What we actually work on, one to one
  • Self-sabotage and first tee nerves
  • The inner critic, and how to quiet it
  • Letting go of a bad shot before it costs you three more
  • Smarter decisions, hole by hole
  • Course management built around your game, not the scorecard's
  • Holding your nerve when it actually counts
Is this for you?

We would rather be honest than sell you the wrong thing.

If you can relate to the points below, this school is for you.

This is for you if

  • You play off roughly 12 to 26 and know your game well
  • You have plateaued. The lessons stopped moving the needle a while ago.
  • You fancy really studying your game. Proper classroom sessions and a workbook, not just bashing balls on a range.
  • You want proper attention, not a big group where you barely see the coach.
  • You will put the work in for ninety days afterwards, not just enjoy three nice days away.

This probably isn't for you if

  • You are brand new to golf and still finding your feet. We have other things that suit you far better.
  • A classroom is not your happy place. A big part of this is sitting down and properly learning your game, workbook and all. If that sounds like homework rather than a treat, this is not the one.
FOCUSED, COMMITMENT

A couple of minutes on how the school actually works.

Before you arrive

We get to know your game before you hit a ball.

Everyone answers a thirty question profiler before the school. This is a unique profiling system built specifically for women, designed to uncover to you and our coaching team how you think, where you might self sabotage and what brings out your best golf.

You get a profile like this, and it is uncannily you.

You get a profile like this and our team can get to work.

This profile will give our team a clearer picture on what might be holding you back and how to further lower your handicap. So when you walk in on day one, your coach already has a clear idea of how to tailor the programme to you.

Arrival

A transfer, a welcome, and your first one to one

A transfer is waiting at the airport. We greet you ourselves, settle you in, and hand you your school agenda. That same day you sit down with your golf pro for your first one to one. Then a welcome dinner with your cohort.

One to one coaching
Day one — Foundations

Your golfer profile, your Shot Scope, your baseline round

Your golfer profile worked through together in the classroom. Your Shot Scope V5 set up and yours to keep. Your own personal coaching session. Then your baseline round — nine holes at minimum, your pro alongside. Everything written up overnight for you.

Nine holes of observation golf
Day two — Mind and strategy

Course management, Karl Morris, and golf under pressure

Your workbook is waiting at breakfast, written up overnight. Course management built for your game. The mental game masterclass with Karl Morris — then Karl out on the course with you that afternoon. Your pre-round routine and game plan.

Day three — Your game

Your sharpest session, your ninety day plan, your graduation round

Your sharpest one to one of the three days, because by now your coach knows precisely what to work on with you. Your ninety day plan, and meet Birdie. Then your graduation round — no coaching, just you, your plan and eighteen holes. The celebration dinner that evening.

Your mental game

The mind behind the 2026 Open Champion.

Karl Morris, performance coach

Karl Morris has been Ryan Fox's performance coach since 2019. In July 2026, Fox won The Open at Royal Birkdale, his first Major, owning every decision coming down the stretch. That is exactly what Karl teaches.

Seven Major champions have worked with him, along with more than a hundred tour professionals over thirty years. He coaches on the LPGA and Ladies European Tours, including England's Bronte Law.

"You don't need a better swing, you need better access to the one you already have."

  • ✓ In the room with you. Karl teaches the masterclass himself on day two. Eight women, in person.
  • ✓ Out on the course. He walks the course with you that same afternoon, so the tools get used where they matter.
  • ✓ And again at home. Karl leads a live session during your ninety days, once you have had time to put the tools to work.
The ninety days after

It doesn't end when you fly home.

Three good days will not change your golf on their own. Ninety days will. So you carry straight on into a structured follow-on programme.

A minimum of twelve rounds logged to your handicap, regular check-ins, and a cohort of seven other women keeping you honest, because nobody wants to be the one who did not do the work.

The target is a genuine three to five shots off your handicap. More, for the ones who really commit.

For golfers heading into the winter months, it's 90 days of mindset, technical improvements with on-course rounds. For those heading back to milder weather, it's continued improvements on areas outlined plus on-course rounds to track your scores and data.

Meet Birdie

Your own AI coach, in your pocket.

Birdie is our own AI coach, built exclusively for this school, and nobody else is bringing this kind of innovation to the women's game. It stays with you for the whole ninety days, remembering everything you were told out on the course and everything in your commitment, and nudging you to actually do it. Ask it what to work on, what your coach said about your putting, or what is next on your plan, at any time of day.

And Birdie is yours alone. It knows your game, your profile and your goals, and nobody else's. Personalised, private, in your corner.

BirdieMorning Sarah. That was round four of twelve, nice work. Your tee shots are already tightening up. Fancy getting nine in this week?
What should I focus on?
BirdieRemember what John said on the 7th: pick your target, commit, then trust it. Same feeling on the range first.
Your welcome pack

It's a proper haul, and it's all yours to keep.

Worth well over £500: a Shot Scope V5 with sixteen tags, yours to keep, a putting mirror and your notebook. Plus your personalised workbook, printed and bound for you alone.

Shot Scope V5 with sixteen tags Putting mirror Personalised notebook

The watch is the one that keeps giving. It tracks every shot you hit, on the school and long after, which is what lets us coach on evidence instead of opinion. Using Strokes Gained, the same measure the Tours use, we show you exactly where your shots are going and prove where they came back. Shot Scope came to us for a reason: reliable data on how women actually play barely exists, and every cohort helps build the first proper picture of it.
